2. Add egg whites (steamed, boiled, lightly cooked, or mixed directly into hot porridge)
3. Add black pepper and shallots
4. Consume hot, in the morning

• Avoid coffee, tea, juice, or other beverages
• Eat this porridge as the first meal of the day
